We are producers of grass-fed all natural farmstead cheddar cheese. Our cheddar cheese uses the milk from our own cows pastured on lush pastures. We believe in the concept of getting from natural husbandry methods what the plant or animal can give....the "slow food" without inducing fast growth and artificial results of the commercial philosophy. Our cows live in an environment that makes them contented and healthy. When they eat organic....we eat organic..from our farm to your table!
