Hydroponic farming is growing plants in a medium other than soil. There is better quality control as the plants are watered automatically three times a day with just the right nutrients they need. There are no weeds, therefore there is a bigger yield produced. We have 20,000 strawberry plants grown on less than a quarter of an acre. They are ever bearing strawberries which means that they will keep producing beautiful succulent berries from June til the end of October or a hard frost. This uniquely designed way of picking allows you to pick standing up, not on the ground or on your hands and knees. U-pick is fast and easy for the freshest tasting berries locally grown for nearly 6 months.Come and experience Strawberry Fields for yourself, you will love it! You won't want to pick strawberries on the ground ever again. Come pick when it is convenient for you and have sweet, wonderful, huge strawberries all summer and fall. Farmer's Market every Friday, 3:30-6:00PM. It's local-licious!
