Gorts gouda Cheese Farm also known as Grass Root Dairies is an operating dairy farm with a processing plant on our farm. We process all our cows milk into Milk, cheese and yogurt. We do not feed any of our cows Grains or corn. We farm 300 acres land, our animals graze out in the fields from MAY until October and are fed hay in the winter months. Come visit our farm, tour the barns, walk the trail and have a picnic and do not forget to shop in our store.
